As a Mechanic A, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining all machinery, as well as mechanical/electric equipment, under the supervision of a Maintenance Journeyman.
Removing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing worn or broken parts on machines and equipment.
Leveling and aligning lathes, mills, and other equipment and performing functional tests of rebuilt machines.
Using a variety of precision hand tools and measuring instruments, working from blueprints and planning the sequence of operations for maintenance assignments.
Applying working knowledge of all metals, fabrication, machine shop tools, and automotive repair methods.
Performing other duties as required.
