Job Description Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor

Pay:
$60,000- $65,000 annually Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance operations of the property, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and general building upkeep
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for the property
Ensure vacant units are prepared efficiently and meet company standards prior to move-in
Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team; assign daily tasks and monitor workflow
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; coordinate with vendors as needed
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and maintain excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards
Document maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders accurately
Participate in on-call rotation and handle after-hours emergencies as required
Work occasional weekends as needed to support property operations
Foster a friendly, team-oriented work environment and provide guidance and training to team members
Required Qualifications:
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily/apartment communities or similar facilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Availability for on‑call rotations, emergency maintenance, and occasional weekends
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building systems
Friendly personality with willingness to teach and mentor team members
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work, including standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
EPA Universal or HVAC Certification
Previous experience as a Maintenance Lead or Supervisor
Knowledge of property management operations and unit turnover processes
