Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform maintenance on plant electrical, mechanical, and other systems with limited supervision.
Initiate and complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Study blueprints and manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
Install, replace, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Participate in production changeovers, adjustments, and testing to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
What's Needed?
Demonstrated knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance, including electrical and PLC systems.
Experience with pneumatics, electrical, and control systems.
3‑5 years of experience in industrial mechanics or related fields.
Ability to use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify solutions.
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
