Manufacturing Technician I – 2nd Shift
Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for its Sensors assembly line in New Brighton, MN, working the 2nd shift.
As part of the Sensors Value Stream, you will assemble sensor cassette assemblies, following Safety, Process, and Quality procedures. You will operate semi‑automated machinery and continuously inspect for quality during assembly.
Responsibilities
Follow precise Standard Operating Procedures and quality procedures to build sensors.
Assemble sensor cassettes on a team using semi‑automated machinery.
Continuously inspect for quality during the assembly process.
Essential Requirements
High School diploma.
Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits The hourly range for this role is $20–$21 per hour, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. The role includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or other compensation is at the Company’s sole discretion.
