Your future role

Perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on various wastewater treatment systems

Travel daily to customer sites

Gather relevant information from customers during site visits

Prepare service visit and investigation reports

Conduct follow‑ups with customers and internal teams

Diagnose system issues and provide practical recommendations

Represent and bring the Premier Tech Culture and Values to life with our clients

Support shipping, receiving, and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team / Office Administrator

Load and unload shipments, ensuring quality and compliance

Stock items in appropriate locations and support inventory control

Manage transportation documentation and related reports

Maintain clean, organized areas for inventory, shipping, equipment, and service vehicles

Required skills

Strong safety‑first mindset

Experience in plumbing, construction, general labor, electrical, or related fields

Knowledge of wastewater treatment systems (an asset)

Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools for assembly and repairs

Forklift operation capability (or willingness to be trained)

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Good physical capacity, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Flexibility in work hours

Willingness to travel overnight occasionally

Strong customer service orientation

Good organizational skills, including reading, writing, and basic math

Comfort using computers and digital tools

Punctual and reliable

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
