Summary of Position The position provides guidance and leadership to the Maintenance team and is responsible for maintaining, repairing and cleaning areas and equipment, and assisting other trade mechanics to ensure a safe and well‑maintained hotel.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of basic English.
1+ year maintenance experience and/or 1+ year hotel experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand product labels and to communicate with guests regarding job‑related needs.
