Here's a general outline of their responsibilities:**Key Responsibilities*** **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage patient appointments, imaging, and procedures.* **Patient Communication**: Handle inquiries, confirm appointments, and send reminders to minimize no-shows.* **Record Management**: Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling systems.* **Insurance Coordination**: Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes.* **Staff Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize schedules and avoid conflicts.* **Customer Service**: Provide information about the clinic's policies and assist patients with any concerns.* **Compliance**: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.**Skills and Qualifications*** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software.* Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school graduate or equivalent.* Medical Office experience with terminology and EMR preferred.Please take the time to fill out an application for each job that you may be interested in.
