Industrial Chemicals Support Specialist. Job Summary: The Industrial Chemicals Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and performance optimization for industrial utility systems including boilers, cooling towers, and chillers. This role involves field service, troubleshooting, customer training, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Role and Responsibilities; Conductroutinesitevisitstomonitorandoptimizechemicaltreatmentprogramsforboilers,coolingtowers,andchillers. Performwatersampling,testing,andanalysistoassesssystemhealthandrecommendcorrectiveactions. Troubleshootsystemissuessuchasscaling,corrosion,microbiologicalgrowth,andfouling. Preparedetailedservicereports,treatmentrecommendations,andperformancesummaries. Traincustomerpersonnelonsafechemicalhandling,dosingprocedures,andsystem Ensurecompliancewithlocalenvironmentalandsafetyregulations. Collaboratewithsalesandengineeringteamstosupportcustomerretentionandgrowth. Requirements: DiplomaorDegreeinChemicalEngineering,IndustrialChemistry,EnvironmentalScience,orrelatedfield. 2+yearsofexperienceinwatertreatmentorindustrialutilities(boilers,coolingtowers,chillers). Strongknowledgeofwaterchemistry,corrosioncontrol,andmicrobiologicalmanagement. Familiaritywithchemicaldosingsystemsandwatertestingequipment. Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills. Validdriver’slicenseandwillingnesstotravelfrequently. Key Skills and Competencies: Abilitytointerprettechnicaldataandgenerateactionableinsights. Safety-consciouswithknowledgeofchemicalhandlingprotocols. Certificationinwatertreatmentorboileroperations. Experiencewithautomatedcontrolsystemsandremotemonitoring.
