Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based home care to adult patients with tracheostomies and ventilator support.
Maintain thorough patient documentation using Aveanna’s tablet‑enabled system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family members to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and relatives.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on).
TB skin test current within past 12 months.
Minimum six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred.
Reliable transportation.
License transfer arrangements to state of residence (if compact).
