In Home Nursing LPN - Trach/Vent Adult (Weekends)
Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high acuity, trach/vent care in home settings. The role supports adult patients with tracheostomy and ventilator management on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Compact licenses transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component (Aveanna will assist if necessary).
TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation to patient homes.
