Location: School Based Openings across Tennessee
We're currently hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (CF‑SLPs and CCC‑SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond! Options are available for both full‑time and part‑time for CCC‑SLPs.
Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice in Tennessee and North Carolina, serving over 5,000 children each week in 30+ school districts, our outpatient clinics, and via teletherapy. Sidekick's unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy, without the administrative burden of IEP meetings.
Requirements Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, ASHA CCC‑SLP certification, and eligibility for Tennessee licensure (if CCC‑SLP) OR on track for Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (CF‑SLP). You will perform professional duties and adhere to the standards of care set by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

Sidekick covers Professional Liability Insurance
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time per‑session hires and $2,500 sign‑on bonus for part‑time per‑session hires (CCCs only)
