Sunrise Children s Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our esteemed Level III NICU team. Position Overview: As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be integral to providing expert, patient-centered care in a high-acuity neonatal setting. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists in a busy 72-bed NICU dedicated to the most vulnerable newborns, including extremely low birth weight infants.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive neonatal care. Manage complex and critically ill neonates, including those requiring advanced interventions such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), and therapeutic cooling for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Participate actively in neonatal resuscitation and transport efforts, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Utilize advanced neonatal technologies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Work closely with pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgeons to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care. Contribute to a culture of innovation, high-quality standards, and compassionate care within the NICU and broader pediatric hospital ecosystem. Qualifications:

Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada or the ability to obtain one prior to employment. Demonstrated experience in a Level III NICU setting preferred. Strong clinical skills in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal emergencies. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to handle high-acuity cases with attention to detail and compassionate care.
