Overview
Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and accurately assists in the processing, filling, and shipping of medication orders.
Job Summary: Assist technicians and various support staff in the order fulfillment process. Assist in inventory control and station replenishment.
Responsibilities Job Duties
Pull drugs and match NDC to prescription labels when filling prescriptions
Check and inspect incoming medication orders for accuracy
Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of each work station and the facility
Ensure the proper and accurate filling of each individual order
Contact customers on outgoing express shipments and address verification
Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
Maintain quality assurances of all dispensings
Assist other areas of the pharmacy as needed daily
May assist in orienting and training new employees
Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Attendance Requirements
Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts
Educational Requirements
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
Experience
Preferred experience in hospital or retail pharmacy
Special Conditions Of Employment
Drug test
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation $15.00 - $15.46 an hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
