In Home Nursing LPN - Trach/Vent Infant
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for high acuity infant care.
Schedule TBD – full‑time, part‑time, PRN, flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
Location / Setting Commerce, GA – home health visits with tablet documentation.
Acute Care High acuity. Infant with trach/vent, tube feeding, and complex monitoring.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact license must be transferred within 90 days).
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna will assist if required.
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months or more of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
