Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours : Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) Experience : Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required License : Pending license accepted Certifications : BCLS Required Must-Have : COVID vaccination primary series and one booster Responsibilities : Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home health settings Visit up to 6 patients per day, adhering to a 1:1 ratio Professional attire required; scrubs of any color are acceptable Proficiency in EPIC charting system Complete a standard of 30 productivity points daily Use reliable personal transportation for patient visits, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard Complete a 40-hour orientation (non-billable) Attend to hospice care needs within a 50+ mile occasional maximum travel radius Participate in modules pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience Pending RN license acceptable BCLS certification required COVID primary series and booster vaccination Supervisory reference covering a minimum of 1 year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting Warm and engaging disposition with ability to work independently Client Details
