Monitor patient conditions, identify potential problems, and report changes to nursing staff and physicians.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
Requirements
Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
