This contract role runs through the current school year, ending May 23, 2025, with onsite work at the elementary school. The position requires a professional who can manage evaluations and complete IEP paperwork efficiently while maintaining a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) preferred
Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
Location
Onsite position based at an elementary school in Plano, Texas
Work Schedule
Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week
