Salary:
$71,000 – $79,380 for LBHP; $66,000 – $77,175 for LCBHP

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, psychotherapy, and professional behavioral health services to support individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness.
Provide treatment planning, crisis management, and crisis stabilization services within the Consumer Services department.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency standards.
Serve on an on‑call rotation and provide weekend/holiday coverage as required.
Attend training sessions Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM until transition to scheduled clinic times.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
For LBHP: Full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.).
For LCBHP: Active supervision toward licensure.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
