Hyundai Certified Technician Hyundai of Sherman is seeking experienced, skilled, and dynamic Certified Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Hyundai vehicles to factory standards using specialized tools and ongoing training. Responsibilities include handling complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring high-quality workmanship, accurately documenting all services, and collaborating with Service Advisors to deliver efficient and exceptional customer service.

Additionally, this Technician will provide leadership and guidance to other members of the technician team while performing advanced and precise repairs in accordance with daily work instructions, as directed by management or the Service Advisor.

Employee Prerequisites

Onboarding process completed within days of applying!

Mandatory: Hyundai ASE Certification.

Ability to work with Hyundai-specific technology, diagnostic equipment, electrical systems, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Pay based on experience.

Strong problem-solving, communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Accuracy in writing routine reports and correspondence, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Role Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair issues in engines, transmissions, and electrical systems using Hyundai diagnostic tools.

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Complete repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with Hyundai and dealership standards, including quality checks and road tests.

Document all work performed, parts used, and findings in the dealership's system.

Stay current with factory technical bulletins and actively participate in ongoing training.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
