Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
Employment Type: Part Time 7am-3pm - every other weekend
Salary Range: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents
Provide direct care and support to residents
Offer teaching and wellness counseling
Engage in health promotion activities
Participate in assessments under the guidance of the Resident Services Director (RN)
Support residents and their families
Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants
Train associates and conduct quality care audits
Complete monthly in‑service training as required
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State
Minimum two years of full‑time clinical experience
Experience or a special interest in working with older adults preferred
Previous experience with dementia care and psychiatric settings is a plus
Able to perform physically demanding tasks like pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
