The Administrative Assistant will support the Maintenance Department by serving as a central point of contact for resident requests, coordinating work orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a contract opportunity with potential for longer-term consideration based on performance. Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage maintenance requests via phone, email, and radio Create, update, and track work orders in internal systems Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to dispatch requests Maintain organized records for work orders, invoices, and billing reports Submit completed documentation to corporate teams Provide general administrative and data entry support Qualifications
2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Perks
