Administrative Assistant Maintenance Department
The Administrative Assistant will support the Maintenance Department by serving as a central point of contact for resident requests, coordinating work orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a contract opportunity with potential for longer-term consideration based on performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receive and manage maintenance requests via phone, email, and radio
- Create, update, and track work orders in internal systems
- Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to dispatch requests
- Maintain organized records for work orders, invoices, and billing reports
- Submit completed documentation to corporate teams
- Provide general administrative and data entry support
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
