Administrative Assistant Maintenance Department

The Administrative Assistant will support the Maintenance Department by serving as a central point of contact for resident requests, coordinating work orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a contract opportunity with potential for longer-term consideration based on performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive and manage maintenance requests via phone, email, and radio
  • Create, update, and track work orders in internal systems
  • Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to dispatch requests
  • Maintain organized records for work orders, invoices, and billing reports
  • Submit completed documentation to corporate teams
  • Provide general administrative and data entry support

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
