Lead Caregiver & Community Liaison
to join our team. This hybrid role is designed for a high-energy professional who enjoys the reward of direct patient care but also has a passion for business growth and community outreach.
You will serve as our "First Responder" for care—ensuring our clients never go without support—and our "Brand Ambassador" when operations are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Caregiving & Shift Support
On-Call Availability:
Act as the primary backup for caregiver call-outs to ensure seamless continuity of care for our seniors.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance to junior caregivers and ensure company standards of care are being met in the field.
Quality Assurance:
Periodically visit client homes to ensure satisfaction and update care plans as needed.
2. Community Liaison & Marketing
Event Representation:
Host booths at senior fairs, health expos, and community events to promote our services.
Outreach:
Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures) to local senior centers, doctor’s offices, and hospitals.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
Creative Input:
Help brainstorm local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of [2-3] years in senior care (CNA or HHA preferred but not required).
Communication:
Exceptional "people skills." You must be comfortable approaching strangers and speaking passionately about senior care.
Reliability:
Since you are the "fill-in" lead, a perfect attendance record and a reliable vehicle are non-negotiable.
Flexibility:
Ability to shift gears quickly from a caregiving environment to a professional marketing setting.
Professionalism:
Polished appearance and demeanor for community-facing events.
