Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized and evidence-based therapeutic services.-to-day tasks include creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, managing casework, and addressing co-occurring mental health issues (dual diagnosis). Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care will be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to develop and monitor individualized plans for clients’ recovery.
Experience and knowledge in Social Work and Chemical Dependency to provide effective interventions and support.
Expertise in Dual Diagnosis to address co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders comprehensively.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is required.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
Prior experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health is highly preferred.
