is seeking an
Administrative Assistant II
to join our
Waiver
Case Management
team. This is a full-time hybrid position that will perform the administrative responsibilities in the Twin Cities area, that supports our growing case management teams in several counties.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday business hours, flexible start/end times
Location:
Twin Cities, Minnesota - Hybrid, 1-2 days in-office and remote work

Hiring Range:
$20.00 - $21.60 / hourly *Based on qualifications
Hiring Bonus:
$1,000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties:
Must be able to have in-office presence
Responsible for generating correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and other general administrative support to the program.
Partner with the development and maintaining of workplace databases and files and working with the county system.
Create and maintain program files and that information is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards.
Provide excellent customer service from incoming callers and email inquiries, providing information, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person.
Education and Experience:
Associates in Arts degree.
Minimum of one year of prior administrative support experience.
In lieu of an Associates in Arts degree and one year of prior experience, a high school diploma and three years of administrative experience may be substituted.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with individuals who have mental illness.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior administrative support experience within a not-for-profit environment.
