What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals
Monitor and optimize daily plant operations for maximum productivity
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and performance
Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions
Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Adaptability to a dynamic production environment and changing priorities
Work Environment This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves both office and plant floor responsibilities.

Competitive base salary, $66,880 to $89,180, and participation in our annual incentive plan
