Position Overview We are looking for a
Part Time Accounting Clerk
who is passionate about hospitality and understands that behind every great guest experience is a strong financial foundation. In this role, you’ll support the hotel’s daily accounting operations while collaborating with departments across the property to ensure smooth delivery of service. Your work will directly contribute to the guest experience by helping the hotel operate efficiently and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records that support seamless hotel operations.
Process accounts payable coding and accounts receivable to ensure vendors and partners are paid promptly.
Reconcile credit card transactions and balance sheet accounts.
Support monthly closing.
Partner with Food & Beverage, Rooms, and other departments to align financial practices with service goals.
Uphold compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and hospitality industry regulations.
Any other duties as directed by Director of Finance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or service industries.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Experience with Birch Street and M3 recommended.
