Experienced Commercial & Residential Roofing Estimator Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements Assessing the cost-effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops Inspecting damaged roofs to determine the extent of necessary repairs and provide an accurate cost estimate Identifying potential cost savings and areas for improvement to maximize profit Presenting prepared estimates to clients, including detailed explanations of cost factors Maintaining records of estimated and actual costs for future reference Staying updated on latest materials, methods, and prices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
