**Responsibilities** Maintain thorough knowledge of graduate programs and requirements as well as the benefit of completing a program at the Lubar College of Business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. **Minimum Qualifications** At least one year of experience in academic advising or professional coaching/mentoring or operational support or project coordination in higher education **Preferred Qualifications** Master’s degree in Higher Education, Business or related field Evidence of experience working with diverse populations
Demonstrated experience working in higher education in the area of career and academic advising Evidence of experience working collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment
Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills
