This recruiter will support high-volume hiring for hourly positions and play a key role in developing proactive and creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Job Responsibilities
Recruit and hire hourly employees across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies, including community outreach, referrals, job boards, and local partnerships Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation throughout the hiring process Represent the organization professionally to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience Requirements
Must be bilingual in Spanish Prior experience recruiting hourly or high-volume roles Strong sourcing skills with the ability to think creatively and proactively Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with operations leaders Why choose Addison Group?
