About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a Global Biotech company to hire a Customer Service Data Analyst with SAP experience. This role supports customer-facing commercial operations by resolving order, pricing, and data-related issues that directly impact external customers. The position works closely with global and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Job Description: The Customer Service Data Analyst is a customer-focused role requiring hands-on SAP experience and strong commercial acumen. This position manages high-volume order entry, investigates and resolves customer-impacting issues, and supports data accuracy across ERP and CRM platforms. This is not an IT or pure Master Data role—it is rooted in customer service and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and resolve high-volume customer service requests and tickets impacting external customers
Perform order entry, pricing review, and issue resolution within SAP
Troubleshoot downstream system and data issues and conduct root cause analysis
Support customer, product/material, and install base data accuracy
Collaborate with global sales, customer service, and commercial teams to resolve escalations
Ensure consistency of data across ERP, CRM, and related platforms
Support data integrity initiatives and continuous process improvement
Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational analysis
Qualifications:
Between 2–5 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or commercial operations
Hands-on SAP experience required (order entry, customer maintenance, pricing, troubleshooting)
Experience handling high-volume order processing and customer-impacting issues
Strong customer-focused mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
100% in office position
Additional Details:

SAP is required
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with data integration across ERP and CRM platforms
Exposure to relational databases or BI tools is a plus
Experience with other ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) may be considered, though SAP is strongly preferred
This role is customer-facing and commercially focused—not an IT or technical development role
