Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and their pets

Answer client inquiries and provide information about our services

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

Monitor and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

Track customer interactions and provide timely follow-up

Manage and coordinate client appointments

Assist clients with payment inquiries and transactions

Process orders and ensure accurate invoicing

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve them in a timely manner

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
