Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.* Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.* Maintain clean, organized work areas and support housekeeping standards.* Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed.* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.**What We Are Looking For*** Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively.* Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.* Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.* Reliable communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.**Physical Demands*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily duties.* Capability to work in physically active roles that may include repetitive motions, working at heights, and navigating uneven surfaces.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $26.68 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
