We are a private Pediatric Therapy clinic seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY to join our friendly team in Marion, IN.

This role is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $34-$44 per hour, flexible schedule, continuing education, license reimbursement, paid time off, opportunities for advancement, and a fun collaborative environment with casual attire and some remote paperwork options. Hours range from 32-40 per week, with potential for 3-day weekends.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and prepare for therapy sessions for children from birth to 18 years in Speech, Language, Feeding, and Swallowing.
Collaborate with families, other therapists, schools, ABA centers, and medical professionals.
Complete daily notes, reports, and potentially lead or supervise based on experience.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
Experience in feeding/swallowing or supervision is a plus but not mandatory; training available.
