Responsibilities
Providing prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care to patients
Monitoring fetal and maternal health during labor and delivery
Educating patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout labor and delivery
Skills Needed
Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and neonatal care
Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety standards
