Here, you will work alongside highly skilled physicians and healthcare professionals in a large-level IV NICU dedicated to providing exceptional care for our smallest patients. Key Responsibilities
Provide care in a Level IV NICU and support other hospitals in the healthcare system.
Deliver high-quality care to neonates with diverse medical conditions.
Participate in rotating full-time shifts across three hospitals, ensuring optimal patient care and team collaboration.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing neonatal health.
Adhere to strict protocols and best practices in neonatal care.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
Master s Degree in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); no other NP certifications accepted.
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an NNP.
Evidence of current licensure in Florida or willingness to obtain one.
Recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active).
DEA license required prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements
Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nursing (REQUIRED).
NNP Board Certification (REQUIRED).
Current Florida License (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED).
Recent NPDB Report (REQUIRED).
DEA license (REQUIRED start).
