Other Experience in Equipment Maintenance
High level of electrical / mechanical skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree in electronics or equivalence in experience
Any experience with plumbing
Any experience with pneumatics
Any experience with conveyor controls
Any experience maintaining equipment in a production facility
5+ years of experience in maintenance- Ensure all facility equipment is in good working order to reduce and eliminate downtime
Evaluate and troubleshoot potential issues with equipment and provide appropriate maintenance service
Conduct plumbing and maintenance service on conveyor controls, pneumatics, and other equipment
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
Ensure work processes conform to OSHA and other company safety regulations
Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts
Prepare and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
Perform routine facility repair and cleaning as needed
Communicate with associates, supervisors and managers to solicit information regarding issues with equipment on a daily basis
Be on-call to provide service to the facility after normal business hours and on weekends as needed
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
