Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $23 hourly, ABA Therapist - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, individualized behavior support based on behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Teach communication, social, and self-care skills, fostering independence and growth.
Implement de-escalation strategies and maintain a safe environment during challenging situations.
Collaborate with supervisors, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support.
Collect and manage data to track progress and refine interventions.
Qualifications
RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.
Experience working with little one's ages 1.5-5 years old with developmental or behavioral differences is a plus.
Teaching Certification is a plus
Bilingual – Spanish and English is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and ability to connect with clients and families.
Flexibility to travel locally for sessions and work some evening cases
Valid Driver's License
