Location: In-home and community-based services across South Jersey
About The Role Interactive Kids is hiring ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) part-time, per diem for our Elementary Learners Program in Cherry Hill. You’ll work directly with clients in their homes or community settings, providing behavior support and skill-building based on individualized treatment plans written by a BCBA.
This role offers flexibility, hands‑on experience, and meaningful work — ideal for those building hours, supplementing another position, or looking to grow in the ABA field.
What You Can Expect
Evening and weekend cases only
Minimum of 10 hours of availability required
Sick time accrual (as per NJ law)
Crisis training and CPR available at no cost (unpaid time)
Participation in PD days encouraged (optional, unpaid)
NSO stipend provided
RBT training
Requirements
At least 1 year ABA experience, required
Availability between 2:30 and 8 pm on weekdays with some weekend hours
Maintain between 10 and 31 billable hours per
RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working independently in homes or community settings
Ability to manage challenging behavior using ABA strategies
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to complete onboarding before first session
