Senior strategic builder role responsible for driving high-impact initiatives in international expansion, AI automation, and strategic partnerships for a digital health clinic. This is a senior strategic builder role with direct exposure to the Founder and CEO. You will be responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across international expansion, analytics, AI automation, and strategic partnerships. You'll operate as a force multiplier—turning ambiguous problems into executable plans, coordinating cross‑functional work, and shipping projects that directly influence this organization’s growth trajectory. Projects that you can work on: Coordinating international market expansion in Italy/Spain—recruit local agencies and medical specialists, coordinate platform localization, regulatory requirements, and work with the Growth team to generate first sales in new markets. Creating PoCs and early versions of new AI‑native features of our patient application, using no‑code and AI tools. Conducting in‑depth user research, testing, and analytics to support our iteration loops and define the direction of product development. Health Economics study development in cooperation with leading academic institutions in Europe. Strategic Partnerships with key partners across Pharma, Insurance, and Academia—from being involved in the process to having full ownership of selected accounts. Ongoing scope of work: Creation and maintenance of ongoing management reports for investor updates and board materials—a significant part of how we communicate progress to stakeholders. Building big data + agentic AI applications to automate reporting, extract product and user insights, and support decision‑making across the organization. Analyzing user behavioral data and product metrics to provide insights for clinical and product development. Coordinating strategic legal work: ESOP negotiations, partnership agreements, and other high‑priority contracts.
