As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high‑quality training for nurses.
Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge bases of nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
Respond to life‑threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
Practice in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation.
Organize patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN license
Must obtain and maintain a current BLS
If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintain
Preferred Job Requirements:
Experience 2 years on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)
