About the Position Client:
Blessing Walk-In Clinic - Quincy, 1005 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301
Reason for Coverage:
Volume, Turnover
Availability:
Full Time, starting 5/1/2026-ongoing. Typically 4 days in a row. No call – Approx 16 shifts monthly. Must have availability 4 days monthly.
Shift & Call Details:
Mix of 10a-10p or 6a-6p. MD/DO may be alone from 6a-9a. 12 hour daily guarantee. Providers should be available Monday-Thursday.
Credentialing Timeframe:
120 days
Job Details
Setting:
Outpatient, 60% adult, 40% pediatric – all specialties on site except Rheumatology, Pediatric Specialist.
Patient Volume:
Walk-in clinic averages 60-70 patients per day across 3 providers; providers take next patient in line.
Required Procedures:
Some orthopedics, X‑rays, splinting, suturing, foreign body eye removal, cough, sore throat, UTI, STD testing/pelvic exam, flu, rashes, etc. Splinting and suturing required.
APP Support/Supervision:
Experienced NP’s, RN’s, LPN’s, MA’s available.
EMR:
EPIC
Client Requirements:
MD/DO, BE, minimum 1 year experience, IMLC, CSR, ATLS; PALS; Board Certified/Eligible – Family Medicine, ONLY.
Travel Accommodations:
All – client advises a map is needed to show mileage from home/hotel to hospital. Mileage outside this route will not be reimbursed.

Pay $130 – Bill $225 → $785 GM, 35%
Pay $140 – Bill $225 → $685 GM, 30%
Pay $150 – Bill $225 → $585 GM, 26%
Pay $160 – Bill $225 → $485 GM, 22%
Ownership:
12 months from presentation or last work date, systemwide per client.
Client holidays:
January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Sub Process
Name Clear:
Need NPI #, Full Name, Physician Type (MD/DO), JO specialty.
Name cleared directly through the health system and typically takes 1‑2 business days.
Name clears are good for 72 hours (includes weekends) prior to presentation. If a name is cleared but waiting on valid item, marketer can notify account manager to reset for another 72 hours.
Overrides monitored and revoked if misused by agency.
Presentations Include an updated CV – SyncX reviews the last 10 years of CVs in MM/YYYY format, no gaps over 30 days, and explanations for any gaps under 30 days.
Include all standard presentation information including skills/procedures, and any standout candidate highlights are encouraged.
Phone interview availability for next 7 days, cell # and email.
Additional required documents will be listed in the JO.
Requirements Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: All providers will have a phone screen; some contacts may also request Zoom/Teams.
If your candidate is accepted to an OSF job and we miss the timelines, they often cancel the provider altogether.
