Day

What You'll Do
Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
Prepare and administer treatments and medications per physician orders
Notify physicians and families of changes in resident condition
Provide skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations
Monitor and observe residents, especially those who are seriously ill
Serve as a resident advocate, ensuring care is aligned with their plan and wishes
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

What You'll Need
Current Texas LVN license in good standing
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
Ability to make sound decisions independently
