What You'll Do
As a CMA, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care. Your responsibilities include:
* Administering routine daily medications (prescription & non-prescription)
* Collaborating closely with nurses to support resident care
* Following written and verbal medication administration instructions
* Accurately recording medication dosages, times, and related documentation
* Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
* Gathering samples for lab analysis when needed
* Ensuring equipment is cleaned and regularly inspected
* Maintaining all health and safety standards
* Responding to call lights, alarms, and intercoms to assist residents promptly

What We're Looking For
To join our team, candidates must have:
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience as a medication aide
* Ability to work flexible hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of basic medical and pharmacological terminology
