RN Supervisor / Nurse Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility
Brooklyn, NY
A well‑established Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced
RN Supervisor / Nurse Manager
to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations on assigned shifts
Ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulations, CMS guidelines, and facility policies
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Monitor resident care, documentation, and care plan implementation
Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management
Respond to clinical issues, incidents, and emergencies as needed
Qualifications
Active
New York RN license
(required)
Prior RN Supervisor or Nurse Manager experience in a SNF/LTC setting
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage staff, prioritize clinical needs, and lead by example
