Position Summary : Focused on Functional Independence Are you a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) dedicated to improving patients' quality of life? Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Patient-Centered Treatment As an Occupational Therapist, you will be the expert in helping patients master the activities of daily living :

Evaluation & Treatment : Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions that directly impact their ability to perform daily activities.

Personalized Plans : Develop and implement highly individualized treatment plans complete with measurable goals designed to maximize patient function.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Collaborate closely with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and continuous patient care.

Documentation : Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Education : Educate patients and their families on home programs, adaptive techniques , and exercises to facilitate sustained recovery.

Requirements and Qualifications We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled therapist to join our practice.

Licensure : Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain licensure).

Experience : Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is strongly preferred.
