Job Responsibilities
Manage the credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging processes for medical providers
Coordinate payer enrollment activities and develop related policies and procedures
Verify education and training of providers and maintain accurate credentialing databases
Prepare reports on credentialing status and communicate with health plans and payers
Engage with physician clients to facilitate smooth enrollment processes
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare payer enrollment and credentialing
Proven experience credentialing providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans
Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working proficiency of CPT and ICD-10 coding
Self‑motivated with a strong passion for quality work
Experience with multistate payer enrollment processes
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate professionally via video, phone, and email
