Solution Success Manager

to support our

Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions . This individual will have a background in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) and act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through successful onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of our AI‑driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and success. As a tech‑savvy individual with deep healthcare domain expertise, the Solution Success Manager - Radiology Solutions serves as a product authority and strategic advisor for both prospective and existing customers. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our innovative AI healthcare solutions and the specific needs of healthcare teams, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and the delivery of measurable value. In this role, you will function as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the pre‑sales and onboarding phases. This includes delivering tailored product demonstrations, facilitating clinical onboarding and integration, and optimizing the utilization of our AI‑driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and ensure their success. This position demands a strong combination of clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively influence decision‑making and cultivate robust relationships within diverse healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administrators

Master and articulate the nuances of specific Care pathways, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, and treatment protocols, tying them to our solutions

Build and maintain a deep understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, radiology IT, Technologists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challenges

Map complex clinical requirements into demonstrable workflows in our product suite

Collaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) on the best way to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that resonate with different healthcare stakeholders

Preliminary solutioning of the Aidoc products during pre‑sales motions, demonstrating how they may augment or enhance customer clinical team workflows

Clinical Onboarding and Change Management – oversee the clinical onboarding process, including assessing current workflows, identifying key objectives, optimizing workflows for users, and supporting initiatives that ensure successful adoption post‑sale

Provide expert‑level product training to internal teams and clients

Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure solutions deployed meet the expected deliverables as scoped in the pre‑sales engagement

Gather and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre‑sales and onboarding phases to inform product development

Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client engagements

Guide implementation processes that align with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements

Serve as a liaison between product development, radiology platform vendors, and commercial teams during the late beta and early scaling phases of new solutions, ensuring that clinical needs and workflow optimization details are fully incorporated into the solution launch process

Attend various vendor conferences and Aidoc events as needed

Requirements

Certification in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) with deep radiology experience (e.g., CT Technologist, Radiology Manager, PACS Administrator)

8–10 years of acute healthcare experience, including work within a large institution (>400‑bed hospital)

Progressive clinical leadership experience, including leading clinical departments, teams, or enterprise clinical programs

1‑2 years of experience within the clinical AI industry outside of the hospital environment, supporting or deploying AI‑enabled healthcare solutions

Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging environments, and patient journeys, including subspecialty imaging and clinical protocols

Hands‑on experience with RIS/PACS and imaging informatics platforms

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, including clinical discovery, solutioning, and live product demonstrations

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clinicians, administrators, and executives

Ability to translate complex clinical requirements into product workflows, solution design, and implementation plans

Experience delivering training and enablement for internal teams and external healthcare customers

Proven relationship‑building skills, including change management and adoption support

Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring alignment between pre‑sales commitments and post‑sales delivery

Ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback to support product evolution and customer success
