Shop Foreman / Production Supervisor
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead daily service operations and drive technician performance at our RV dealership. You'll oversee workflow, mentor technicians, and ensure every unit leaves the shop meeting our quality standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational management—you'll be on the floor working alongside your team while tracking productivity metrics and maintaining department efficiency. What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate daily service department workflow Supervise and support technicians on technical installations and repairs Train team members on new products, procedures, and safety protocols Build and manage work schedules for optimal shop coverage Monitor technician productivity and labor utilization; track monthly performance metrics Own the customer experience from check-in through delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Assist with phone inquiries and customer communication as needed What You Bring
2–4 years of RV service experience (required) Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of RV systems and installation procedures Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and safety documentation Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Clear, professional communication skills with both customers and team members Comfortable analyzing reports and making data‑driven decisions Valid driver's license required Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Availability to work every other Saturday Education:
Associate's degree or technical certification preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience. Compensation & Benefits
