Salary Range: $32.50 – $52.00 per hour

Job Function: Allied Health
Position Summary Assesses clients/patients/residents and designs occupational therapy treatments. Helps clients develop, maintain and recover the ability to perform tasks in their daily occupations. Conducts evaluations, provides interventions for functional, cognitive or behavioral impairments, and documents therapeutic plans. Works in Skilled Nursing Facilities, post‑acute, long‑term care and home health environments. Demonstrates flexibility with variable schedules and participates in departmental and organizational activities.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level and state licensure as Occupational Therapist.
In South Dakota or Iowa: temporary license while board testing is acceptable for new graduates.
Certified through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of employment.
